This morning my boss and his family seranaded me with the Christmas songs they have learned... finishing it off with a rousing rendition of "Happy Birthday". It was really cute. Coffee & chocolates for Christmas and a beautiful matchbox for my birthday. Yay!



Last night as I was walking down the hill to the cottage, I actually said out loud, "If it is going to be this cold, it could just as well snow."

Dear mother nature, I was only kidding. Please spare me from the horrible snowstorm that is being forecast for my drive home tomorrow!
