I have been having a series of weird experiences lately. It all started off with that whole Mellencamp-being-fifty thing... and then tonight...

I saw Keith Olbermann on CNN doing real news.

Now for those of you who don't know... our beloved Keith was one of the hosts of The Big Show. We're talking SportsCenter on ESPN here, folks. (Yes, there was a time when all my friends were guys... but I actually got into good ol' Keith and Dan even though I wasn't a big sports watcher.) Keith brought us memorable quotes like "They're...not...gonna...get him." and "From way downtown...BANG!" and many other choice phrases.

Tonight Keith was filling in for Jeff Greenfield on Greenfield at Large reporting real news. He proved he was still the same old Keith though when he started off the show by saying something about how he was filling in because Jeff has a broken ankle making him not very at large.

Anyway... sleep now. Wednesday will come too soon. Then it's fourteen hours on the road... ugh!
