The Rainbow Question
So in 1979, Kermit first sang, "Why are there so many songs about rainbows and what's on the other side?" Today Hans and I were trying to figure out if, in fact, there ARE any other songs about rainbows. Our challenge for today was to see if anyone else could come up with more. Surely there must be quite a few, if Kermie thinks there are "SO MANY". (We started with the hitch that the songs would have to have been written before "The Rainbow Connection" to count... but now we're to the point where we'll take anything.) There's the obvious "Somewhere over the Rainbow" (circa 1939), so there's one. Heck, we'll even throw in "The Rainbow Connection" just to give us two, but I challenge you to give me any others without googling it.
